1. The service
Tuna Terminal (the "Service") is provided by Seedflow Limited. It is a market information and research tool for investors, including news aggregation, AI briefs, company research, market screens and filing search. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You register with a valid email address and are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your password safe and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. An account is for one person and may not be resold, shared or lent.
3. Paid plans and billing
The Service is available to paying members only. Payments are collected by Seedflow Limited, and charges appear on your card or bank statement under that name (or a name starting with it). Card subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until you cancel; after canceling you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. WeChat Pay and Alipay are one-off purchases of 30 or 365 days and do not renew.
Prices are those shown when you place an order. The first 100 members pay the founding price, which also applies to their later renewals and if they return. We may change prices; changes never affect a period you have already paid for, and card subscribers are told before their next billing period.
Membership is limited. When every seat is taken we stop accepting new members; current members can always renew.
Company research reports and SEC analyses are unlimited, subject to fair use: each account may generate up to 10 new ones a day and 150 every 30 days, and follow up to 100 companies and 20 industries. Opening an existing report never counts. We may adjust these limits to prevent abuse.
4. Not investment advice
Data, news summaries, AI-generated content and research in the Service are for information only, may contain errors, omissions or delays, and are not investment, legal or tax advice. You are responsible for your own investment decisions.
5. Data sources
Data comes from exchange announcements, regulatory filings (such as SEC EDGAR), public news sources and third-party data interfaces. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy or continued availability of third-party data, and features may change as sources change.
6. Acceptable use
You may not scrape the Service at scale by automated means, resell or publicly redistribute its content, circumvent access controls or usage limits, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
7. Intellectual property
The software, interface and original content of the Service belong to Seedflow Limited or its licensors. While your account is active you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including investment losses, arising from use of or inability to use the Service; our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will announce material changes on the site or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
