Who is Tuna for?
Investors who do fundamental research and like to own good businesses for the long run — understanding the business first, then judging the price. Tuna isn't trading software: there's no order entry and no technical indicators, and it doesn't tip stocks or set price targets.
Is there a free trial?
Not at the moment — there is no free plan or trial. Card subscriptions bill monthly or yearly and can be canceled anytime; WeChat Pay and Alipay buy 30 or 365 days at a time and never renew automatically.
Are research reports really unlimited?
For everyday use, yes. To stop bulk scraping and shared accounts, each account can generate up to 10 new company research reports or SEC analyses a day and 150 every 30 days. Opening any report that already exists never counts, and neither does a failed generation.
What is the founding price?
The first 100 members pay the founding price, about a third below the standard price. Every renewal, a switch to annual billing, or rejoining later is charged at the founding price too.
Why is membership limited?
We'd rather do this well than big, so membership is capped at 1,000. When it's full you can join the waitlist and we'll email you when a seat opens.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards through Stripe (USD by default, or CNY or HKD; billed monthly or yearly), plus WeChat Pay and Alipay (CNY or HKD, 30 or 365 days per purchase).
How soon can I start after paying?
As soon as the payment provider confirms — usually within seconds.
How do I cancel?
Cancel a card subscription under Settings → Manage subscription; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. One-off purchases simply end when they expire. To switch from monthly to annual, cancel the monthly subscription and buy annual once it ends — a founding price carries over.
Which markets are covered?
Company research covers A-shares, Hong Kong and US stocks; market radar covers A-shares and the US; volume radar, Rule of 40 and SEC filings are US-only for now; news and briefs work for any market.
