1. Card subscriptions
You can cancel at any time under Settings → Manage subscription. Your subscription will not renew, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Billing periods that have already started are generally not refunded pro rata.
2. WeChat Pay and Alipay
A one-off purchase gives 30 or 365 days of membership and ends automatically without renewing. Purchases are generally non-refundable once membership has been activated.
3. When we refund
Duplicate charges; a successful payment whose membership we could not activate and cannot fix; or an extended outage of the Service caused by us. Contact us within 14 days of payment and, once verified, we refund to the original payment method.
4. How to ask
Email support@tunaterminal.ai with your account email and the date and amount of the order. We reply within 5 business days; when the money arrives depends on the payment provider.
